Chef with experience leading kitchens and creating ingredient-driven menus across luxury hospitality environments in New York, Colorado, and Texas. Currently Executive Chef of Bird on the Roof in Montauk, a French-Japanese inspired restaurant recognized as one of the most talked-about openings of the 2025 season.

Specializing in seasonal coastal cuisine, seafood, and refined yet approachable dishes inspired by global techniques. Known for designing thoughtful menus tailored to guests, sourcing exceptional ingredients, and delivering memorable dining experiences in both restaurant and private settings.
